MIK-BIS Maps
Visualisation of regional data and other information
Everything in the green region: you get to see the whole picture with MIK-BIS Maps. Regional distinctions can be 
visualised in maps or any other representation. A traffic light function providing an instant overview of the business situation can be achieved by colour-coding regions, e.g. countries or sales areas.
MIK-BIS Maps is not just about displaying maps: with the option to define one's own maps, the module is a useful tool for a raft of applications. All that is required is an SVG file, which can be created with any standard commercial graphics software.
Ranges and colour settings can be customised for each map to meet the specific requirements of any business performance management analysis.
To obtain more detailed information on a region, maps containing greater detail can be hidden behind another map. For instance, double-clicking on Germany in the map of Europe could open a detailed map of the German sales regions. Changing a dimension, e.g. to the previous year, is also possible using the mouse.
Like all the other MIK-BIS modules, Maps is always based on real-time data, thanks to its direct connection to the database.
